On the day of the job fair, the participating employers entered the venue on time against the scorching sun, and nearly 3,000 graduates entered the venue to communicate with the employers. The scene was orderly and crowded, and every enterprise was crowded with consulting students. The warm atmosphere also attracted many non-graduating students to attend, to know the recruitment process and requirements of enterprises in advance, to observe the interview process of fresh graduates and to apply for summer interns. On-the-spot investigation shows that most participating enterprises are very satisfied with the organization of this job fair, and hope to further strengthen school-enterprise cooperation with schools, establish practice training and employment bases, reserve talents for enterprises in advance, and build employment and practice platforms for students.
炎炎夏日，骄阳当空。5月26日，广东海洋大学组织举办2018届毕业生五月专场招聘会。
招聘会当天，参会的用人单位顶着烈日准时进入会场，近三千名毕业生进场与用人单位进行交流。现场秩序井然、人头攒动，每家企业前都挤满了咨询的学生，热烈的气氛还吸引了众多非毕业班的学生前来参加，提前了解企业招聘流程及要求，现场观摩应届毕业生面试过程和参加暑期实习生应聘。现场调查，绝大部分参会企业对本次招聘会的组织举办非常满意，希望与学校进一步加强校企合作，建立实习实训、就业基地，提前为企业做好人才的储备，也为学生搭建就业和实践平台。
现场面试过程中，不少企业单位纷纷表示，相比于上次招聘会，本次招聘会给企业留下深刻印象，毕业生从以前的注重薪资待遇和就业区域，转变为更加注重提升空间和发展前景，粤东西两翼区域的用人单位成为了大部分毕业生的首选，这是一种务实的良好转变。毕业生求职观念的改变，即有利于求贤如渴的企业吸纳优秀毕业生，推进企业发展，也有利于毕业生顺利就业，实现人生价值。
