GB2760-1996 stipulates that it is a permitted edible spice. It is mainly used to prepare strawberry, coffee, nuts, vanilla and various fruit flavors. Used for bread and cake with freshly baked flavor.

 

Processed Food

 

It is mainly used for curing chicken feet, chicken wings, preserves, brewed drinks, biscuits and toffee. The recommended dosage is 20-50g/100kg.
