Sodium erythorbate is a white to yellowish white crystals or crystalline powder, odorless, slightly salty, above the melting point of more than 200 DEG C to break down, in the dry state exposed quite stable in air. But in aqueous solution, when there is air, metal, heat, light, then the oxidation occurs, it is easily soluble in water 55g/100ml, almost insoluble in ethanol, 2% water solution pH value of 6.5~8.0.

Meat Product
