10. Physical properties: colorless clear or yellowish viscous liquid; Almost odorless, slightly lactic acid flavor; Have hygroscopicity

11. Product feature:

(1) Regulate sour taste: It has a soft sour taste and lasts for a long time. It is a natural sour agent with mild and moderate sour taste, no bad smell and no negative impact on the flavor of the final product;

(2) Adjusting the PH value of the product: As a common organic acid for pH adjustment, it usually has a strong sour taste, and L- lactic acid is most suitable as a pH regulator;

(3) Preservative: It has antiseptic effect, which can reduce the growth of pathogenic microorganisms and prolong the shelf life of food by adjusting pH;

(4) Moisturizer: It is a weak volatile liquid organic acid. Small concentration change, difficult evaporation and convenient use.

STORAGE CONDITIONS

It should be stored in dark, sealed, ventilated, low room temperature, dry and cool conditions.

APPLICATION

Food Industry

1. Meat, poultry and seafood products: bacteriostatic agents and fungicides, natural body purification, flavor enhancer, antioxidant and color stabilizer, and inhibition of melanosis (seafood products);

2. Sauces and seasonings: natural antiseptic effect, slight acidification, etc.;

3. Baking: preservative to increase dough strength, emulsifier production: SSL/CSL;

4. Candy and pastry: mild sour taste, prevent sugar conversion and improve gel matrix;

5. Dairy products and cheese: control lactic acid fermentation and protein coagulation, directly acidify, preserve microorganisms, improve taste, etc.

Animal Feed

Used in animal feed and pet feed as antiseptic/bacteriostatic agent and growth promoter.

Daily Chemical Medicine

1. Lactic acid vapor disinfection in wards, operating rooms, laboratories and other places can effectively kill bacteria in the air, reduce diseases and improve health;

2. Widely used as preservatives, carriers, cosolvents, pharmaceutical preparations, pH regulators, etc. in medicine;

3. Lactic acid is polymerized to obtain polylactic acid, which can be drawn into silk and spun into thread. This thread is a good surgical suture, which can be automatically degraded into lactic acid and absorbed by human body without adverse consequences, especially in vivo surgical suture;

4. Lactic acid can be directly prepared into medicines or daily health products for use;

5. Restriction of muscle vitality and anti-fatigue.

Surface Materials Industry

Electroless plating surface treatment; Cleaning microelectronic surface; Raw materials for surface coatings.
